The Kerala Christian Professional College Managements’ Federation (KCPCMF) has invited applications for admission to MD / MS / PG Diploma Courses of Academic Year 2015-16 in the following member colleges:

Candidates should be qualified either in the PG Medical entrance test conducted by the Commissioner for entrance examination, Govt of Kerala or in the All India PG Medical entrance test

Courses Offered

A) Post Graduate Medical Degree Courses - 3 Years

M.D.: Anaesthesiology, Biochemistry, Community Medicine (PSM), Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy, Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Microbiology, Paediatrics, Pathology, Pharmacology, Physiology, Psychiatry, Radio-diagnosis, Tuberculosis & Respiratory Medicine, Transfusion Medicine

M.S.: Anatomy, General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Oto-rhino-laryngology (ENT)

B) Post Graduate Medical Diploma Courses - 2 Years

Diploma in Anaesthesiology (DA), Child Health, Dermatology (DCH), Diploma in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy (DDVL), Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (DGO), Ophthalmology (DO), Psychiatric Medicine (DPM), Radio-diagnosis (DMRD)

Duration of the Courses

As per the MCI Postgraduate Medical Education Regulations 2000, 10 (1) & (3) the duration of the course including University Examination is 3 years in the case of Degree Courses and 2 years in the case of Diploma Courses

There shall be an exemption of one year in the duration of PG degree courses in respect of candidates who have done PG Diploma Course of two years and awarded Diploma in the same subject

The candidates must have acquired the PG Diploma pass certificate on or before 30th April 2015 for being eligible for reduction in the duration of the course. No other reduction in the duration of the course shall be granted

Eligibility Criteria for KCPCMF Kerala MD MS Courses 2015 

Nationality

Candidates must be Citizen of India/Children or dependents of Non Resident Indians

Academic

Applicants should have passed the MBBS degree from any of the Universities in Kerala or of any other university recognized by the Kerala University of Health Science as equivalent thereto with eligibility for full registration in respect of all courses

Applicants, who have completed the Compulsory Rotating Resident Internship (CRRI) on or before 31st March, 2015 are eligible to apply, but admission to the candidates will be given only after obtaining registration of TC Medical Council

Applications must meet all the requirements that may be stipulated by MCI and Kerala University of Health Science, from time to time

In the case of an Indian national with the recognized degree from Foreign University, the Medical Council of India may, on payment of the prescribed fee for the registration, grant temporary/permanent registration for the duration of the Post Graduate training restricted to the college/institution to which the applicant is admitted for the time being exclusively for Post Graduate studies

Temporary/Permanent registration to such candidates shall be subject to the condition that the degree is duly registered in the country where the degree is obtained and is recognized by the corresponding Council or concerned authority in India also

No condonation of internship (CRRI) will be accepted

Fee Structure Details

MD (Anaesthesiology, Dermatology, Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Radio-diagnosis, TB & Respiratory Medicine) / MS (E.N.T., General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics): Rs 17,50,000/-
MD (Biochemistry, Community Medicine, Microbiology, Pathology, Transfusion Medicine): Rs 10,00,000/-
MS (Anatomy, Pharmacology, Physiology): Rs 500,000/-
PG Diploma (Anaesthesiology, Dermatology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Radio-Diagnosis): Rs 13,12,500/-

Note:

(i) Tuition fee of the first year shall be paid at the time of admission; the candidate must give a bank guarantee for the tuition fee of the subsequent years, at the time of admission
(ii) The fees prescribed by the University/other statutory bodies (like administration fee, affiliation fee, exam fee, registration fee, etc.) shall be paid by the students, in actual, from time to time, to the respective colleges

How to Apply for KCPCMF Kerala MD MS Courses 2015 

The Prospectus along with application forms for Post Graduate Medical Courses can be downloaded from the website of the Federation www.kcpcmf.in or can be submitted online

Completed application form should be submitted to any one of the Colleges and not to the Office of the Federation

The application form can be submitted online on the website of the Federation www.kcpcmf.in

A print out of the online application with copies of required documents affixing the photograph and signature shall be submitted along with a demand draft for Rs.1000/- drawn in favour of KCPCMF payable at Ernakulam to any one of the member colleges

Applicants shall obtain acknowledgement from the college office for the applications submitted in person at the respective College

Since the application forms are available from the website, the same will not be sent to candidates by post, but completed applications can be submitted by Regd Post/Speed post with A/D, so to reach any of the college before the last date notified for the receipt of the same

The federation will not be responsible for any delayed delivery. Applications submitted should be complete in all respects

Self Attested photocopies of certificates/Documents to be submitted along with the application:

i) School leaving certificate of student/proof of Date of Birth
ii) All marks sheets of MBBS including that of failed years, if any
iii) Attempt Certificate
iv) Internship Completion Certificate / Internship Completed Certificate
v) Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate
vi) Registration certificate from the MCI or/and State Medical Council
vii) Admit Card and Score Card of the AIPGMEE for admission session 2015
viii) Certificate issued by competent authority (Authorised to issue such a certificate but not below the rank of a Tahsildar) to prove SC/ST/OBC status
ix) Nativity Certificate, if applicable
